Who can join?

U.S. citizens and U.S. permanent residents. Natural persons only.

How much?

$25 per year. Optional donations on top. Same vote either way.

User vs Owner?

Optional self-label. Owner is duty, not a lab test. We do not collect screenshots, agent logs, or model lists.

Can a Google / OpenAI / Microsoft employee join?

As a User-Member, yes. They cannot serve as director, officer, staff leadership, or technical council while in a barred role, nor can their spouse, domestic partner, or dependent children. Twenty-four month cooling-off after the role ends.

Foreign money?

No.

Will you lobby?

The 501(c)(3) educates and stays inside IRS lobbying limits. A related 501(c)(4) is planned for later. No candidate endorsements on the (c)(3).

Will you publish a member directory?

No.

Do I need to run a local model?

No. That is the Owner self-label, not a requirement to join.

When can I pay?

Not yet. Use the founding list form. We are not taking cards or Stripe. Intended dues later: $25 per year in the organization’s own name.
