I hold that Americans have a right to buy compute, possess open-model weights, and run AI on hardware they control, for lawful purposes, without a general-use permit.

I hold that the government may license specific high-risk uses. It may not create a caste of approved AI users.

I hold that closed APIs may exist. They must not become the only legal way to use AI.

I join as a member at one dues tier. User or Owner is a self-label and a duty, not a proof and not a price.

I will not ask this organization to keep a registry of what I run.
