Privacy Policy

This is a notice for a U.S. civic group in formation. It is not legal advice. It describes what we actually do today.

What we collect

If you use the founding-list form, we receive: name, email, U.S. state, whether you are a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, optional User/Owner self-label, and any note you type. We do not ask for payment, Social Security numbers, or a list of models you run. Do not send screenshots, agent logs, or hardware details. If you send them anyway, we will not keep them as a registry.

If you email or message us, we get whatever you put in that message, plus ordinary technical logs from the host (Cloudflare) such as IP address on a request.

Where it goes

The form is processed by FormSubmit and delivered to [email protected] until the organization mailbox is receiving mail. Hosting is Cloudflare Pages. We do not sell the list. We do not publish a member directory. We do not give the list to other people who fill out the form.

We may later move the list into the nonprofit’s own systems. We may share information if required by law, or to stop abuse (for example a credible threat).

Why

To know who wants to be a member, to write you when dues or news exist, and to run a civic organization. Filling out the form is not paid membership and is not consent for strangers to contact you.

How long

We keep founding-list records as long as they are needed to form and run the organization, then follow whatever retention counsel sets. You can ask us to correct or delete your row: Contact or [email protected]. We may keep a minimal record that we honored a deletion request.

Children

This list is for adults (18+). Do not submit information about a child.

No promise of secrecy from the world

We will not publish your name as “an AI owner.” We cannot control what you post yourself, what a court orders, or what a hostile actor does if they already have your email. A privacy policy is not a shield against every form of harassment. See also our Terms.
